Love my place! I’m always taken care of and feel like what problems I need addressed matters, Amber is amazing. Those whole place is welcoming and the environment I want to live in.

The management team here has been incredible to work with. They really pulled through when I had two days to apply for and move into a new apartment. That was above and beyond! And they’ve been so kind since. I even transferred apartments so I could sign a longer lease. I love the apartment itself. It’s definitely old, not modern, but it’s unique and has character. There’s a lot of storage areas in the apartment, which I appreciate. The south building has a beautiful courtyard to relax in. The location is convenient as well, a 6 minute walk to the grocery store, lots of bus stops, restaurants, bars, bookstores, parks, the Salt Lake Library, City Creek, etc. in walking distance. Plenty of parking around too. The lack of a star is because I had to do a lot of cleaning when I moved in to both apartments. Don’t expect damage free or pristine condition, again it’s a very old building. But it’s cozy and I like it anyway.

A friend of mine recently moved into these apartments. The location is great, close to everything and the apartments are cute and charming. When my lease is up I would love to live here!
